Gomori trichrome stain

NADH stain
Muscle fibers near the perimysium are small and stain darkly on GT and NADH.


ATPase pH 9.4 stain

ATPase pH 4.3 stain
Muscle fibers near the perimysium stain with intermediate color typical of type 2C.



Alkaline phosphatase stain
Muscle fibers near the perimysium stain darkly

Esterase stain
Cells near and in the perimysium stain with esterase
